First off I want to say that I am not a racists person, second usually when people say that it means they are, but in this case I am not.
Now, enough with these goddamn movies. First of all I want to say that the original "Death at a Funeral", directed by Frank Oz was very good, plenty of dry humor and good ole English Laughs. I honestly do not remember if there were any black people in the movie, but then again I am not one to watch movies and count the different kinds of people in them. So today I was on IMDB look

I think you should watch the trailers, exactly the same.
2007 Original
2010 Recast
I did see the original and a couple weeks ago (when the P. Cash and son were watching movie trailers online) he pointed this out to me, asking me if it didn't seem 'strangely familiar'. Remakes are annoying enough, but when even the trailer seems to copy the original (even w Peter Dinklage playing the same role!) I just don't see what the point is. Same goes out to the 'shot by shot' remake of Psycho. It's sad enough that you know there HAVE to be good, original scripts out there not being made year after year while we remake movies that were good enough the first time, rip off foreign movies, or make another sequel to something or other. But it's just freaking TRAGIC to essentially remake the same movie (that's less than five years old!) over again.
