Movie Time

Terminator Salvation: Theater

Loved every minute of it, again Bale kicks ass in a movie. The timeline put it about 10 years before we heard from John's dad in the first movie. I am trying to say the movie took place ten years before, John's dad said he came from in Terminator 1. So with that confusion explanation that means that there could be another one. The graphics are awesome, the terminators looked great, the story fit right in and of course there was action. My only complaint would be that I wanted to see more of the war, man vs. machine. Maybe we will get more in the next one.

Martyrs: DVD

This rivaled one of my favorite horror/suspense (french) movies, High Tension. Its full of suprises, no holds bar action (gore), suprises and a twist at the end that is hard to watch. I cant say to much without giving it away, if you like High Tension, Hostel (which doesnt compare to this) and Funny Games, good chance you will like this.

Have to agree with you on terminator, not a bad movie. The only thing I would have to complain about is that I went to the drive in and a young (15-16) girl was having a bad hallucinatory experience with something she smoked and thought her parents died in a car wreck, so I missed about 10 minutes of the movie trying to figure that out. It was rather entertaining though, and the movie was good.

There is an old one just outside of sandusky, not too bad, it would be an ideal drive in to watch a really good horror movie at, it is in the woods and has a corn field to the left of it.

I can't wait till they remake the movie Scream, with a j-horror type Theme. That is going to be awesome. Rated pg-13, no gore, hip skater music, and a very predictable ending, good guy always wins and falls in love, and a plot about as good as a porno. I'm ready for another 28 days later night, watched the movie, left rural Ohio, creepy winding road, severe thunderstorm, end of the world scenario running through our heads, how we would do if that actually happened. Now how do you do that when you have a nude, dead, herky jerky, upside down, slow moving ghost coming at you or its a remake and you already have the guidebook to survival that was printed in the 70's. I guess I am saying that I am sick of remakes, j-horror, and horror made for teeny boppers.
